PSA: if your LCDs look like this, yyou can just buy new back reflector polarizer film and make them look just like new.
Just make sure you get the orientation right by overlaying the LCD (with peeled-off back) and seeing which angle gives you the lightest image. These were oriented at 45 degrees...
